Guglielmo’s communication and hospitality was incredible. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a place to rest by the pool and enjoy beautiful views, this is an ideal place to spend your time in Sicily. We enjoyed a sunset dinner on the roof top. A variety of Cooking facilities are available & bbq outside. All the details are taken care of and it felt like a home away from home. Great location to access nature reserves, beaches & we enjoyed a nice dinners in both Noto and Marzamemi.

Yes we organized a very nice dinner with the other guests on the roof top. What a nice couple.

We replaced the coals we used for the bbq, rubbish was sorted throughly & left in the inside bins we tired a few of the bags up But it’s organized ready for removal.

“Stop searching, book at Caracola 4!”

This has been our fifth stay in consecutive years at the apartment and once again, the experience has been absolutely great! Caracola 4 has everything you need to have a fantastic & relaxed holiday stay at beautiful Chipiona. The apartment is located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area, with a convenient food store located round the corner. There is an additional larger supermarket (DIA) located 10 minutes’ walk approximately. Apartment is very well equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. It has aircon in the living-room and both bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and terrace (with hosepipe available) & rooms are spacious, including the wardrobes. Apartment is also nicely decorated and is very secure with bars in all windows and a secured door lock. Owners, Mari & Antonio are very kind and generous and are always willing to help you in anything you may need which makes our stay very comfortable. We will definitely come back next year! Elena and Álvaro are already friends who have been staying with us for six years now and have already made their reservation for their seventh stay, in 2026.
We are very grateful for all the praise they give us about our house, which we assume is true and they will see it that way, otherwise they wouldn't come back so often.
They are also admirable people, very attentive and respectful.
Álvaro and Elena clearly love Chipiona. They spend every morning on the beach, having lunch at a beach bar, and in the evenings they explore the town and dine at their favorite restaurant.
They live in Oxford, United Kingdom, and they inform me that they have already booked their flights for July 2026.

We have been here for a few years now and it feels like home. It is a home and we love that it has been lived as a family holiday home. The location, view, everything about it is gorgeous. It is on the rocks and if the sea is agitated this limits the possibility to swim, as the rocks are too dangerous and the swimming pool can’t be cleaned. It is a limitation that we know, but can’t be annoying if you don’t know. We love this place.

Come sempre siamo stati benissimo, ormai ci sentiamo a casa nella villa. Unico commento / richiesta - il letto della camera matrimoniale è davvero duro e fa rumore ogni volta che uno si gira durante la notte. Andrebbe davvero sostituito. E altra cosa pratica, il gas in cucina ci mette le ore per far bollire l’acqua, magari una piastra elettrica sarebbe meglio

Our stay at villa vendicari was fabulous. We were two families and we rented both the Senior and Junior suite for a week. Both suites are well appointed and very comfortable. The AC worked well such that even in the heat of July, the villas provided a very comfortable respite. But more than that, the property is gorgeous and peaceful. It was the oasis we returned to after full days at the nearby beaches, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Guglielmo, the host, was the most responsive and gracious host that we've ever had on airbnb, even arranging for the house to be cleaned midweek at no charge. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone visiting sicily. there are great nearby beaches / beach clubs and Noto, a great small city with nice restaurants, is only 20 minute drive away.

Views were spectacular, outdoor space was amazing, and the inside had everything you needed! Great location with lots to do near by and the support staff was incredible!!

Pack and play was pretty outdated and smelled a bit, and not sure there is anything that can be done about the ants. Also, might be helpful to have a broom or battery powered leaf blower to help clean up the debris each day from the trees but that would be nice.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa La Rocca.  It was more than accommodating for the 2 families (6 people total).   Especially enjoyed the Italian kitchen which we made great of and the choice of the indoor or outdoor dining table.   The outdoor shower was a huge bonus.  It was a few steps down to the street, and great access to restaurants, groceries and to the beach.   Our guide Marco was a terrific host and really made our vacation special by taking us to some great places that were "off the beaten path". Thank you Marco, until we see you again.

We had such an awesome time at Villa La Rocca! The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We especially liked the kitchen and made great use of it. The outside shower was a bonus. Great time. Maria met our group and showed us the house. Very comfortable. Marco was our guide for amalfi and capri. Really great. Many steps but fun. Marco found great restaurants and quiet secluded spots.

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much - we had the best stay! I don't know if there is something like this on the market, but the one thing I thought of was that the pool did not have steps for my infant son to stand on (so he never got comfortable swimming because he could not stand up). If there is anything like a 'platform' of sorts that could accommodate younger (shorter) swimmers in your pool, that could be an asset. But, once again, everything was so amazing. We loved your space. We wish we could have stayed longer. Kathleen

Last year, we were able to call Villa Vendicari our home for a whole four weeks and learnt to appreciate and love this place with all our hearts. The peaceful seclusion, the soft light, the relaxing tranquillity and the breathtaking view of the sea made a deep impression on us. Soon after our return we missed the villa - so it was clear we had to come back. A true place to return to!

If you are looking for peace, nature and a dream home combined with the best host, this is the place for you. The time was simply wonderful - see you next year!

We had a wonderful stay. For a group of 7 with 2 families the place was perfect. Close to good restaurants and not too far from the beach. Very accessible from the main road which was a bonus for moving our luggage around. Marco was also very helpful with arranging visits and suggesting tourist destinations. Great location and close to restaurants. View from patio decks was fabulous. Eating b"fast out on the deck was so lovely. Bedrooms very comfortable. Stairs everywhere in Positano were best for getting to beaches.
