Enchanting villa (250 square meters) on two floors: spacious living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terraces with sea view and beautiful landscapes, external showers,  all on a 2 hectare land.
 
The Villa is set in a wonderful position on a little hill at the edge of the Vendicari Natural Oasis. It is surrounded by a two hectars of land, on different levels. The view is charming: in front, the sea and the Oasis with the ancient Tonnara; all around the villa Noto’s green countryside with olive and carub trees.
The villa is slightly more than a mile from the white and sandy Vendicari Oasis’ beach; nearby there are also many other sandy beaches. Some stunning and more wild as Calamosche and Eloro, others with full facilities also for kids’ needs, as Agua in S. Lorenzo.
 
 
The villa developes on 250mq, on two levels, and it’s ideal for group of friends, couples, or families travelling together. On the ground floor a wide living room with fireplace, comfortable sofas overlooking a terrace. A big and well equipped kitchen that opens up on the outside; a bedroom with 4 beds ideal for kids and another room that may be used as a living room or bedroom.
 
On the first floor three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), all facing enchanting terraces with great views.
 
Apart from 3 bathrooms with wide showers, the house offers also two external showers
 
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; Web TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, hairdryer, flat iron, parking area in the garden and alarm system.

- Historical centre of Noto, Capital of Baroque, declared by Unesco heritage of Humanity, along with other  baroque towns in the area: Modica, Palazzolo, Ragusa, Scicli.
 - Noto’s Infiorata (15th – 16th – 17th of May): a unique moment in which one of the most amazing streets in town is decorated with thousends of flowers, following a baroque tradition.
  - Villa del Tellaro’s Roman ruins and mosaiques.
  - Classic play at Siracusa’s Greek Theatre, one of the most beautiful and well preserved ones, from May 15th to June 28th.
 - Marzamemi, Fronteer Cinema Festival, (fend of July), in a typical seaside town that livens up in the cool summer evenings.
 - Traditional Patron Saint feasts.

NATURAL RESERVES:
 
Natural Reserve Oasi Faunistica di Vendicari is a very interesting area for the nature it offers. It includes also a Byzantine necropolis and a 16th Century Tonnara.
In the area there are several sandy beaches, as Vendicari’s beach, near the ancient Tonnara, Calamosche beach, within two cliffs eroded by the sea, and Marianelli beach, at the river Tellaro’s mouth.
 
Naural reserve Cava Grande del Cassibile, is spectacular due to the river’s erosion, digging deep canyons with small lakes.
