Next is a brand-new travertine kitchen fully furnished with all cooking and dining utensils. The newly renovated bathroom with shower is also in authentic Roman travertine stone. Overlooking the garden is a spacious double bedroom with a large cupboard and bookshelf.  From the living area, a large glass door opens onto two terraces: the first ideal for lunch and dinner on warm summer days, the second, fully equipped with outdoor sofas to relax and enjoy the breath-taking views over the sea and hillside.  
Within the Capo Blu village and perched on a breezy hill at only one kilometre from the shore, The View is your ideal homestay to enjoy the beauties of southern Sardinia. At a mere 45 minutes-drive from Cagliari Elmas airport, The View lies at 4km from the stunning 20km stretch of beaches of Chia and Tuarredda, and is ideally positioned to explore the rest of the southern coast of the island. When instead you prefer a break from the beach, you may stroll two hundred metres down from the The View to the Capo Blu swimming pools (one large and one children’s pool), tennis court (10 euros per hour) or football pitch, or enjoy time with the children at the playground.
