Studio 19 holiday Goa apartment for Vacation Rentals in Arpora North Goa, Studio Apartment with Terrace and Balcony 1100 sq ft
(500 sq ft spacious terrace and 100 sq ft Balcony.)
This room is located within the Mello Rosa Resort in Arpora. The room is top floor and has a very large attached terrace area which is an ideal place for sunbathing, entertaining or parties. There is also an outside cooking area if you don't fancy getting indoors. Inside the room is a double bed and a double sofa bed. This room can therefore sleep 4 adults on a short trip. The water is heater by solar panels. The resort is quiet but has a large pool to relax around; there is a restaurant if you don't fancy going far.

Please note: Swimming Pool is Chargeable. Pool is not a part of our Property. Monsoons Swimming pool might be non-operational),Our Property is a Private Property and is not concerned with the Pool Authorities.
No complaints will be accepted and or entertained regarding Pool.

It has a Good Outdoor seating on terrace with Cooking facility and also has a Balcony with coffee table and seating. It has got everything you need to relax or party. Apartment is well maintained, neat and clean apartment. Also well equipped with all Amenities.It is very close to Baga & Anjuna beaches, Club cabana is nearby just 0.5 km from property . Enjoy the night with nice port wine & cashews, microwave & induction stove to prepare some good snacks like fried fish & Chips.We had a Excellent and comfortable stay ,Its a relaxing and peaceful place which i would like to visit again. Host is very friendly and courteous. Great stay! Excellent ambiance at affordable price !!! Peaceful locality. I would definitely recommend this place for a great holiday.

Excellent ambiance at affordable price !!!
We booked this apartment and promptly received confirmation as well as instructions on how to get there, house rules, etc. We reached the property and were pleasantly surprised to see the apartment impeccably clean and small details like tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar kept for the guests. The apartment itself is a large space which comfortably accommodates 4 people. There's a pretty big terrace for sit-outs and general chilling. Also, this property is centrally located for the North Goa side.The place is Nearby close to Club Cabana and Saturday Night Market. The resort was very clean and generally the staff were very helpful. thank you for being a wonderful host! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and everyone.

It is a decent sized, well maintained studio apartment that is located in Arpora, very close to Baga beach. The host was very helpful in ensuring that our stay was nice and comforting. Studio apartment w/spacious Terrace and Balcony ,2 bathrooms,, 2 Double Beds to accommodate more people. All the other amenities and facilities are exactly as mentioned.

I would love to review this property as what i expected i got it.Big terrace with cooking facility.We spend our max time on terrace with kids palying around and me n my spouse cooking together. All the aminities are provided which are necessary for a family with young kids.Sleeping ia comfortable.Management team stay in touch.As it is service apartment no room service but if you ask one guy comes for cleaning.Near to main beaches.So great experience.

Excellent holiday and Serene peaceful atmosphere enjoyed our stay at Private Studio Apartment with a Spaciuos terrace & Balcony in Mello rosa Arpora Goa .Goa trip at Private Studio was amazing and enjoyed till the end. Goa trip 17th May to 21st May.Heard about this place from a friend who highly recommended it to me and so I decided to book in for a few days. A fairly large Neat and Clean Studio apartment awaited us. Equipped with a pantry and a fridge, AC AND TV it is perfect get away for family and friends. The apartment has two bathroom, two Double Beds and extra mattress and can house up to 4 comfortably.It has a nice Balcony and a lovely large attached terrace! and Serene Peaceful Atmosphere.The Complex houses a Bar & Restaurant and a Clean Pool to dip in. Barbeque facility is also available for parties. All said and done, we loved the place and look forward to visiting soon once again. Miss U Goa. Thank you for being such a lovely host

We stayed for a week and I couldn't stop myself from giving a review after the second time I visited this place. The feel is home away from home which has a serene atmosphere along with a lovely huge big terrace which has nature all around. All modern amenities are provided in the apartment. Its a relaxing and peaceful place which i would like to visit again and also recommend to others. The host is very helpful .Thank you for the nice stay. Will plan my next trip in Sept and try to book before time.
