Nice apartmet set in the Vatican area, walking distance from the subway that will allow you to reach the points of interest of the city, close from shops and restaurants.
30m2 apartment with terrace of 10m2, on the ground floor is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed ( 160x200cm), Single armchair bed ( 80 x 200cm), table and 5 chairs, wardrobe, cupboard, windows facing private garden;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, small fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cupboards, utensils, small window;
BEDROOM
With full size bed (140 x200cm), desk, wardrobe, small window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, washing machine, window;

Independent heating, AC, washing machine,  ground floor, outside space.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The house is very comfortable, is in a quiet garden, surrounded by trees. 100 meters away from the underground, 500 meters from the Vatican and  5 mins. from S. Peter Church by the underground (15 mins. by feet!).

We are ready to receive and satisfy all guests' requests

Very lovely Villa in Rome. We stayed here for one week and we were really satisfied with the equipment and the location of the apartment. It is very clean and cosy. The metro and bus station are close by and it is not far to get to the city centre. Also the landlords are very friendy and helpful.
