#1- very spacious with queen size bed , with ortopedic matress, sofa bed, bedside tables, LCD TV, chairs, wardrobe, A/C door window leading to the balcony, view on San Peter's church ;
#2- Large bedroom, with queen size bed , with ortopedic matress, sofa bed, bedside tables, LCD TV, chairs wardrobe, A/C, large window with view on the Gianicolo;
KITCHEN
with table and chairs, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, cupboards, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer, window leading to the balcony, washing machine on the balcony.
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc, bidet.
BALCONY
10sq mts balcony with table and chairs.
Central heating, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, elevator, balcony with view, A/C.
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please let us know the time of your arrival at the apartment at least 2 days before so that we can be there when you arrive
On demand we can reserve a private transfer with driver from/to the airport at the cost of 45 Euro up to 4 people.
Check in: 3 pm
Check out: 11 am
We will do our best to accommodate you at your requested check in time but maybe other guests will leave the same day and we need the time to clean the apartment. We are sure you understand. In any case you can leave your luggage in the apartment starting from 11 am.
