Charming apartment set in the historical center of Siracusa, in a recently renovated building from IX century, near major city site, near shops and restaurants.
40m2 apartment and its 12m2 terrace set on the 1st floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa, TV, cupboards, chest of drawers, table and chairs, AC, stairs leading to the bedroom, scale leading to the terrace, kitchen corner ;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, fully equipped with electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, cupboards and utensils;

With queen size bed, bedside tables, desk and chair, armchair, TV, wardrobe, AC, window;

The apartment is about 150 m from Maniace Castle in a really quiet area a few steps from the seafront and about 50 metres from Aretusa Spring, very close to the Duomo square. It’s really in the very heart of Ortigia, the old town of Siracusa. You can check the location on Google maps, the main entrance is from  Via Salomone, N.4 (crossroads with Via Santa Teresa to locate it perfectly!).The building is located exactly at the crossroads between via Salomone and via S.teresa, 30 m from the sea.

I would like to explain some further details about Fate apartment (just to avoid any misunderstanding).
 
Fate is a 36 meters squared cozy and quirky apartment on different levels (entrance on the first floor of the building with elevator) plus a 12 meters squared terrace (in between the second and third floor of the building. It has a great vibe inside and it is one of our quietest  apartment to sleep because the bedroom overlooks an internal courtyard.
Better to underline that there are some steps inside (a few steps to the bathroom and other few steps to go to the bedroom) and a quite steep stairs to climb to get to the terrace.
The Kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hobs, Kettle, toaster, microwave etc. Air conditioning, wi-fi 24h and laundry room for free on the second floor of the building.
