BATHROOM
with bathtub/shower fix, bidet and ventilation system.
Central heating, tv, fan, wireless Internet connection, no phone, no elevator. Monthly possible.Discount for two weeks or more.
PLEASE NOTE: for this apartment it is required a damage deposit of 300 euros. Check ins after 8.00pm and during holidays are charged an extra fee of 30 euros.
For Christmas and new year's eve the minimum stay is 5 nights.

It is with regret I must tell you the apartment was pretty bad. Mostly it had to do with the horrific odor from the plumbing, and the bathroom and kitchen sinks backing up which we then had to unplug. As I worked in the medical world all of my life, I believe this is bordering on a health matter that must be taken care of as soon as possible.
Then there was the sleeping accommodation. As stated, I am in Roma quite a few times throughout the year, but I must say this problem was a first for me. We could not reach the upper bed for my sister as the ladder was completely unsafe. Yes, it was a ladder-not a stairs. I tried it myself after she failed and it started to shake and wobble so, not wanting to fall and break a bone, I slept on the single bed while my sister slept on a mattress on the floor. Not a good thing to have to do on a vacation.
I felt the room was not well equipped with space, cooking utensils, cups, glasses etc and generally speaking badly in need of repair and refurbishing and a fresh coat of paint. I'm not sure who set this tiny apartment up, but looking at it with a eye to space, I feel the owners did a rather poor job of of designing it for use by 2 people. Very disappointing.
The area was very central and that was good, and the man who arrived to clean the apartment when I was leaving was very nice and charming. I will return to Roma toward the end of September for a week, and may contact you at that time to see what you have to offer.
