For Christmas and new year's eve the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Um das Positive zuerst zu sagen: Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen, um die Innenstadt Roms zu erkunden. Pantheon und Piazza Navona sind in weniger als fünf Minuten erreichbar.
Das alte Haus ist in Ferienwohnungen aufgeteilt. Die Wohnung über meiner wurde lautstark und immer wieder renoviert. Das hörte ich, als sei es in der Wohnung selbst, weil die dünne Holzdecke kaum isoliert. Wären dort Gäste gewesen, hätte ich jeden Schritt gehört.
Meine Wohnung ist von einer ehemaligen größeren Wohnung abgeteilt. D.h., daß die anderen Zimmer ebenfalls zu Ferienwohnungen umfunktioniert wurden. Der hellhörige Flur dient allen als Verbindung.
Mehrere Nächte verbrachte ich im Hotel, weil der Lärm, den andere Gäste verursachten (brüllendes Kleinkind, und ich bin nicht sonderlich empfindlich) unerträglich war. So zog ich mehrmals in die benachbarten Hotels.
Gereinigt wurde die Wohnung nur oberflächlich. Fiel etwas zu Boden, und man wischte hinterher, war der Lappen schwarz. Einmal in der Woche kam ein Putzmann, auf dessen Terminangabe man sich nicht verlassen konnte. Am Ende putzte er gar nicht mehr. Auch wurden am Ende die Handtücher (weiß) nicht mehr gewechselt, so daß ich vierzehn Tage dieselben nutzen mußte.
Bei der Ankunft gab es weder Toilettenpapier noch Spülmittel oder Salz. Also: Ankunft nur vor Geschäftsschluß...
Fazit: Tolle Lage und miese Wohnung, die wegen ihres Grundrisses und ihrer Größe nur für eine Person geeignet ist. Ich werde sie sicher nicht nochmals mieten.
