A cozy apartment, recently completely renovated (May 2012) located about ten minutes walk from the Coliseum in a residential, quiet and green street in the center of the city. It’s located in a strategic position to reach on foot the main monuments of Ancient Rome: Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus. The entire structure is 85 square meters. Located on the ground floor has a natural air conditioning does not require AC.
The bedroom, very spacious, measuring approx. 17 square meters. It 's light, offering a wide window, silent and welcoming and is furnished in a simple and elegant style: a wooden bed "walnut", 2 bedside tables, 2 table lamps, wardrobe, 3 chairs, a table, a comfortable bench.
