Mt. Baker Lodging Cabin #71 – SLEEPS 4!: City of Glacier Apartamento #101uMapleFalls

This 3-story hotel, 3 bedrooms, 1 3/4-bath log home blends modern comfort with rustic charm! The 1st floor includes a family room with a gas fireplace and a separate laundry room with a full size washer / dryer. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a 3/4 bath, and french doors that access a balcony with mountain views. The 3rd floor includes a bedroom with 1 full bunk bed, a bedroom with 1 full bunk bed plus an adjoining balcony, and a master bedroom with 1 queen-bed, its own balcony, bathroom and 1-full. Just off the main floor is a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided) and a private HOT TUB! This vacation property will sleep 6-10-people. (Transposed Maximum Occupancy!). We currently provide a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a reservation deposit of 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation home, and for regular reservations, the balance is due-in-full for 14 days before our date of arrival of the host, and is automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two-scheduled date, and that for bookings of holidays from 15 December until 4 January, the balance it is due in full and automatically charged to the credit / debit card of our Guest on December 1. For legal and accounting reasons, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same as the owner of the credit / debit card, and that person is considered a Guest. All others involved with the lease occasion are considered guests of the client, and all bookings, cancellation, and policies of discussion damages will be discussed with the guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will refund your Reservation Payment, minus the Cities Reference rate for the service charged at time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the greater). 20 through 15 days will be lost as the Cities Service Reference fee charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, 50% of the booking fee, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged to when booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall apply. If canceled 14 days or less you will lose the full payment unless the home (s) can be re-rented.After of booking, please contact us to fill out the online agreement form and send to us. We have to get this agreement form to complete your reservation.Guests checking in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up the keys, and we are available 7 days a week if guests need or concerns.No more than two animals household Utensils (if pets). We do not charge a pet animal deposit.All properties are not smoking.All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without noticeUpon making a reservation, guests are sent via e-mail (hard copy is available on request) a confirmation document that includes an attached PDF file with directions to our office, directions to the house for the holidays, the emergency number after midnight phone to our office, the phone number for the house for the holidays, the port access code (if the holiday home is located in one of the gated communities ... except Snowater), the check-out procedures, our pets policy (if the holiday home is pet friendly) , rules and Community regulations, and other important information. You'll want to pass this information on to all the members of his party who may arrive separately. DO NOT MISS THESE ITEMS! Upon arrival at our office, we are able to distribute a maximum of 2-set of keys (gate and steps, if applicable) for each property. PLEASE Plan ahead.

Maple Falls Cabin #71 - A Great Back-To-Nature Getaway!

A Great Back-To-Nature Getaway!  Your family will have a delightful time making lasting memories while enjoying this unique glamping experience.  This single-story 1-bedroom rustic studio cabin-in-the-woods offers incredible views and is a very short distance to Silver Lake!  The tastefully furnished and decorated living/bedroom area features 1 queen-sized bed plus a trundle bed and a separate kitchenette area with an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave,  a toaster oven, and a coffee maker (no range/oven).  There is a shared ¾ bath that is accessed from outside on the west of the cabin and also a shared ½-bath…also accessed from outside on the south side of the cabin.  A gazebo-covered common area patio offers both a gas grill and a wood stove…perfect during times of inclement weather, plus there is a shared game room building with a foosball table, a variety of board games, and some outdoor chairs that can be used about the grounds.  This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons, (Enforced Maximum Occupancy) is pet-friendly and pairs very well with our Cabin #72

Maple Falls, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $60.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.
