Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles hat gepasst – das Haus war sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und der Garten war grandios. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll, modern und gemütlich sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage war ideal und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ein besonderes Haus, ein wunderbarer gepflegter Garten und ein toller Pool, in dem man richtig schwimmen und springen kann. Eine intelligente Lösung der Trennung der beiden Hausteile, sodass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört. Lage ruhig in der Natur mit Blick aufs Meer und Berge ... Zu erwähnen ist auch ein hervorragendes Klimamanagement mit Kühlung und Verdunklungsoptionen

What a spectacular find! This property completely fullfilled all of our expectations. The owner was wonderful to communicate with - always quick to respond, highly appreciative, and genuinely helpful. Our absolute favorite feature was the breathtaking pool area, which offers a truly stunning view towards the sea. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was unforgettable. Inside, the house was modern, pristine, and filled with top-notch amenities. We loved the tranqillity and the nature. This is a true five-star experience that we highly recommend!

Great views and proximity to nice restaurants. Villa has old world charm, and good amenities. Some areas of the house could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. Location is a long way (steep 20 minute walk) to the ferry and beach. But overall we enjoyed the house and our time in beautiful Positano.

Interesting house/building. Looks a bit arty. Lots of space as well inside as outside. Nice pool. Good location to see the south of Sicily. Access road is a bit bumpy. Clean rooms. Parts of the building needs a bit of TLC.

Dit is een droombestemming, in alle opzichten. Midden de natuur,in een prachtig organisch gebouw, met mooie faciliteiten. Uniek en dichtbij enkele heel mooie steden. Heel behulpzaam team ook.

Bedankt voor de mooie plek. Enige bedenking: waarom voorzie je geen standaard hout, want dit is een meerwaarde. Verwarming (of verkoeling) is eigenlijk iets wat op andere plekken altijd in de prijs inbegrepen is.

Bedankt voor de opmerking over het brandhout als extra optie. Even ter verduidelijking: zoals ik al zei, is de verwarming met warmtepomp inbegrepen; brandhout is niet inbegrepen als je de open haard wilt gebruiken, omdat we dat speciaal moeten bestellen en de transport- en installatiekosten aanzienlijk hoger uitvallen.

We had an amazing time at this spacious villa in beautiful surroundings. The complex is very peaceful with the perfect mix of well maintained gardens and scenic Sicilian countryside. The nature reserve and beaches are just a short distance away, as well as charming towns and great restaurants

We had the chance to spend almost 2 months in Guglielmo’s beautiful house, it was like paradise! We really enjoy the garden, the calm and the house surounding. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der „Gastvilla“ für zwei Personen. Selten war eine Küche so gut ausgestattet, sodass wir jeden Abend gerne gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen haben. Wer gerne essen geht, muss mit dem Auto ein Stück Richtung Noto fahren. Die Lage mitten in der Natur, nahe des Naturschutzgebietes mit herrlichen Spazierwegen und Badebuchten, war wunderschön, jedoch sollte man sich gut gegen Mücken rüsten. Wir können die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

So we loved the house and the spremuta in the morning and the location and Sicily

I was there to celebrate my birthday with friends from France, Denmark, Spain, Slovenia and Italy and it was perfect for such a get together. We cooked together and enjoyed the nice weather, we visited a couple of great wineries — Occhipinti !!!

and had great food in general.
Noto is a great spot.

We even went jogging on the beach in the park and finished swimming in the waves

I will recommend your house to my friends for sure !

And November/early December is amazing !!! No tourists !!!

We loved our stay ! The house is spacious and bright and exquisitely located near the Vendicari Tonnara and the beach — great view — where we jogged and swam. Fresh orange juice in the morning, straight from the orange tree in the garden were also a big plus. Lemons as well. We were a group of friends from all over the world gathering for my birthday and it worked splendidly: we cooked together, chatted endlessly. The house is well planned to allow everyone to be together or doing different activities. It’s located near Noto and Marzamemi and we also drove to Scicli, Etna, Taormina, Vittoria etc. And we did all this in November ! No tourists and plenty of sunshine. I’ll recommend it to my friends and I hope to go back one day :smiley: Grazie !

The house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was spectacular, and everything was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of great tips and activity guides already in the house, which was super helpful. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Exceptional location, secluded and quiet. The architecture of the house is exceptionally beautiful, with a large, bright living room with kitchen, a large terrace, and a pool. We were traveling with our dog, who was welcome and allowed walks in the surrounding area.

Guglielmo’s communication and hospitality was incredible. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. If you’re looking for a place to rest by the pool and enjoy beautiful views, this is an ideal place to spend your time in Sicily. We enjoyed a sunset dinner on the roof top. A variety of Cooking facilities are available & bbq outside. All the details are taken care of and it felt like a home away from home. Great location to access nature reserves, beaches & we enjoyed a nice dinners in both Noto and Marzamemi.

Yes we organized a very nice dinner with the other guests on the roof top. What a nice couple.

We replaced the coals we used for the bbq, rubbish was sorted throughly & left in the inside bins we tired a few of the bags up But it’s organized ready for removal.
