Ingresso-corridoio, lungo, con libreria sul lato e libreria piccola appena si entra al lato della porta, appendiabiti, in fondo la scrivania con sedia dove poter mettere il cmpoure, sullo stesso tavolo c'è la scatola del wi-fi. due finestre sul lato, una più piccola, una grande che si apre sui tetti, molto luminoso.
Salotto: Tavolo, tv, libreria, credenza con tazze e piatti e bicchieri, stereo, tv divano
Una grande finestra con vista sul ghetto, sulla sinagoga.

Dal salotto si accede diretttamente alla stanza da letto dove c'è una finestra grande, il letto, l'armadio, due comodiini, luci ecc un appendiabiti a muro
Dal salotto appena si entra si accede salendo due scalini alla cucina, divisi in angolo cottura con fornelli a gas forno elettrico, blòcco lavastoviglie, pensili con bicchieri e mug
di fronte c'è un ulteriore spazio con un tavolo e due sedie, credenza per piatti e pentole, frigorifero doppie finestre, vista sulla piazza e sui tetti
accanto c'è il bagno con vasca, bidet, wc, lavabo e lavatrice, pensili per sistemare gli oggetti, ascugamani
La casa è indicata per due o massimo tre persone, perché il passaggio diretto stanza da letto soggiorno non garantisce la privacy a chi dorme sul divano letto
Non è indicata a bambini perché per salire ci sono molte scale piuttosto ripide e non c'è spazio per i passeggini in basso.
Il risdaldamento è autonomo
la casa ha wifi che copre ogni stanza
è molto silenziosa

We had booked to stay here for 3 weeks but the night before we were due to leave for Rome, the owner told us she had a problem and we couldn't move in. We booked in to a hotel for 2 nights and Guglielmo arranged for us to move to another apartment for a week. Eventually, with his input, we were able to move into this apt for the last 2 weeks of our holiday. We also have to comment on the description of this apartment:
there is no mention of the 99 spiral steps to negotiate going up and down (frankly, these are dangerous for most ordinary users);
the apartment is not quiet as contended (the garbage collection for the whole neighbourhood begins at 6am with bins of bottles being thrown into the trucks and this continues until mid-morning; and there is the constant presence of raucous seagulls which seem to occupy both the abutting roofs and even get into Cristina’s roof-space);
the apartment is dilapidated (shutters falling to pieces and one is even repaired with black plastic bags; several windows do not close easily; cupboards coming off their fixings; two of the chairs are rusty and another was broken and thus unsafe);
many of the amenities mentioned on the website are not there (bicycles (!), coffee table, chest of drawers, etc);
no air con (given the heat -unseasonal or not- this was a serious omission; and given the noisiness of the seagull and refuse removal, this is essential even when it’s not so hot);
there were no instructions about garbage separation and disposal, how to work the TV, sorting out problems with the water (thanks to Guglielmo for coming to help with that; though we must add that it never really worked properly and it activated the heating and it smelled distinctly odd).
