The apartment is located a short distance from the Fortezza da Basso and 15 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella and the historical center of Florence. The surrounding area has the advantage of being in the old town, but within walking distance from the end of the LTZ and then connected to the entire city road network. Nearby are small shops, craft shops, pubs, pastry shops and tasty restaurants, as well as banks, pharmacies and a large supermarket. The house is bright and quiet, tastefully decorated and has the typical atmosphere of a family house with studied details. The apartment is structured on one floor. The entrance leads to the living area and the kitchen. On the left we have a bathroom with shower and on the right there are the two bedrooms. The first one is a double room with a bunk bed and the second is a real  double bedroom. In the living room there is a single sofa bed.
