- excellent neighborhood, cafes, art galleries ... everything is in walking distance
Great location for a traveller, writer or creative person. (note: the VIII. district has two parts, one is poor, which is not associated with danger, the other part is the "palace" district, with the National Museum and other old palaces. This is where the apartment is).
Looking for clean and respectful guests. I take my guests seriously, where privacy is essential, and refined and subtle quality is appreciated.
