This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large deck on 2 levels with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor interior floor plan includes a combination laundry and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a separate gas fireplace, a fully equipped dining kitchen / dining room, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a built-in gas fireplace , and a full bathroom. There is a light basement room of the day / with board games, ping pong. The 2nd loft / bedroom floor includes a queen futon, a DVD-VCR / monitor and walk-out balcony, a bedroom with 1 queen, and a 3/4-bath en suite. This vacation property will sleep 4-6-persons (imposed maximum occupancy!). We currently get a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a booking deposit equal to 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation home, and for regular reservations, the balance is due in full 14 days before our date of guest arrival, and is automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two-scheduled date, and that for holiday reservations commencing on 15 December to 4 January, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to the credit / debit card of our Guest on December 1. For legal and accounting reasons, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same as the owner of the credit / debit card, and that person is considered a Guest. All others involved with the lease occasion are considered guests of the client, and all bookings, cancellation, and policies of discussion damages will be discussed with the guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will refund your Reservation Payment, minus the Cities Reference rate for the service charged at time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the greater). 20 through 15 days will be lost as the Cities Service Reference fee charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, 50% of the booking fee, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged to when booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) shall apply. If canceled 14 days or less you will lose the full payment unless the home (s) can be re-rented.After of booking, please contact us to fill out the online agreement form and send to us. We have to get this agreement form to complete your reservation.Guests checking in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up the keys, and we are available 7 days a week if guests need or concerns.No more than two animals household Utensils (if pets). We do not charge a pet animal deposit.All properties are not smoking.All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without noticeUpon making a reservation, guests are sent via e-mail (hard copy is available on request) a confirmation document that includes an attached PDF file with directions to our office, directions to the house for the holidays, the emergency number after midnight phone to our office, the phone number for the house for the holidays, the port access code (if the holiday home is located in one of the gated communities ... except Snowater), the check-out procedures, our pets policy (if the holiday home is pet friendly) , rules and Community regulations, and other important information. You'll want to pass this information on to all the members of his party who may arrive separately. DO NOT MISS THESE ITEMS! Upon arrival at our office, we are able to distribute a maximum of 2-set of keys (gate and steps, if applicable) for each property. PLEASE Plan ahead.

This 3-story, 2+ bedroom, English Tudor style home is very tastefully decorated. The exterior includes a large 2-tier deck with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The 1st floor lower area bedroom/game room are features a queen size futon along with a ping pong table. The main floor interior floor plan features a combination laundry/mud room and 3/4-bath, a cozy living room with a freestanding gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen/dining area including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a built-in gas fireplace, and one full bath en-suite. The 2nd floor loft/living area features a queen size futon, a DVD-VCR/monitor and a walk-out balcony, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a 3/4-bath en-suite. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! 

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $190.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.

• New Years: $1,078 per night

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
