This 2-story 2 bedrooms + 3/4-bath log home that sits directly in front of the summer entertainment area in the community Snowline says "cabin in the mountain." The 1st floor includes an open country kitchen and a living / dining room with a gas fireplace independent, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area. The 2nd floor includes a large bedroom with two queen beds and a walk-out balcony. A second separate sleeping includes 1 bunk on each side of the divider ... great for the kids! This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (imposed maximum occupancy!). Note: This is not a pet-firendly home.Upon get a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a booking deposit of 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a home for the holidays, and for regular bookings The balance is due in full 14 days before the date of arrival, our host, and automatically charged to our credit card / debit guest on the due-date, and that for bookings of holidays as from 15 December until 4 January, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to our credit card / debit Guest on 1 December. For legal and accounting, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same holder of the credit card / debit card, and that this person is considered to be the Guest. All other people involved with the opportunity to lease are considered invited customer, and all reservations, the cancellation, and policies regarding damages discussion will be discussed with the Guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will gladly refund your reservation payment, unless the Cities Reference service fee charged at the time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the whichever is greater). 20 through 15 days will forfeit 50% of the booking fee, plus tax Cities Service Reference charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) applies. Snowater Condo #33 - A Little Slice of Heaven!

Your family will have an enjoyable mountain experience while staying in this 1-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor condo.  Accessed by descending four steps, you’ll discover one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed augmented by plenty of closet space, one full bath, a galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and an open concept living and dining area with a hide-a-bed, a small flat screen monitor, a great gas fireplace, a dining table with seating for 4-persons, plus a walk-out balcony with great territorial views.  This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $109.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.
  • Regular Season: $373 per night
  • Holidays: $542 per night
  • Christmas: $649 per night
  • New Years: $809 per night

 
PLEASE NOTE:  WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
