1 bedroom refurbished apartment on the first floor of a charming detached classical family house with garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Best suitable for couples or families with 1-2 children and for elder people. The property has a kitchen/dining room with table and seating for 4 people, a living room with a gas fireplace and a sofa which can be arranged as an extra double bed if required, and also a satellite TV. A nice balcony overlooking the garden with table and chairs. In the bathroom there is a bath tub, toilet and sink basin. In the bedroom there is a night table, a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is one off-street parking place. Street parking in front of the house is free and safe. Free wifi. In the garden barbecue facility is available at summertime. The Tamasi House is in the quiet, cosy 12th district and just 1 minute walk to a shopping centre with supermarket and restaurant. The bus stop directly to city centre is 80 meters. A 15 minutes' drive (or bus) into the city centre or the Buda Castle area. Children and dogs are welcome.
