Brand new and comfortable apartment situated in Palau, 40 minute away from Olbia airport and few kms from the most fashionable destination of the Costa Smeralda. Located at 10min walk from the city center and 5min from the nearest beach, the location is part of a small complex in a very quite position. Equipped by living room and kitchen, 2 bed rooms (a twin bedded room and a double one), 2 bathrooms and a sea view wide terrace. Washing machine, dishes washer, barbecue, a/c, tv, private and covered parking is also available. The Maddalena archipelago and it's breathtaking beaches is reachable in 15 minutes cruise from the palau port.
