The house was designed and planned by architect Mladen Kracic, Italian Croatian;  
It is overlooking Lake scutari, Unesco's Heritage, half an hour from the capital Podgorica and the airport.
At 40 minutes from a beautiful sea of all types, rocks, beaches equipped, rocks, creeks and the wonderful coastline with kattaro and sveti stefa.
In an 'hour or so there are mountains and alpine lakes and breathtaking style.

The flights are daily from Rome - Alitalia and Air Montenegro - and last for a 'now.

The house is set on two floors or blocks,
the upper one with lounge, open kitchen, bedroom with bathroom open, (tub with view, shower and separate toilet) covered terrace and 2 open terraces, the roof is one big terrace.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms with bathroom and a fifth guest bathroom.
One bedroom has two twin bunk beds, for a family of 4 or 4 children,
the second is a classic bed and
the third with a huge window overlooking the garden and lake is equipped as a studio with sofa bed and small bed for children.

There is a pool, cantilevered with stunning views and a sun.

Air conditioning and heating in every room have ceiling as in hotels. Wi fi and satellite TV.

There is a multiple fiat for six people available.
