Our house of Varano is located inside the Natural Park of Monte Conero http://www.parcodelconero.com/, 7 km from the beaches of Portonovo

It 'a structure of typical Marche farmhouse, renovated in the early eighties by architect Paolo Deganello. Immersed in the green countryside of the Riviera del Conero is quiet, bright (facing south, west and north), cool in summer and warm in winter.
Is composed of a ground floor and a first floor which is accessed by a small staircase with loggia. The apartment that we propose here is that of the first floor. Composed of a spacious living room with fireplace, a second small living room upstairs with the roof can be opened fully, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and the small entrance loggia that overlooks the countryside and ideal to take breakfast.
An outdoor area with hammocks, tables, chairs and barbeque allows for pleasant moments of relaxation and dinners in the moonlight.
