the villa is located in a very quiet area of Santa Marinella.
Renovated villa in one of the most characteristic areas of the Lazio coast at 50kilometres from Rome.
The garden offers plenty of play space for children and the opportunity to organize lunches and dinners.
The house is very spacious and bright, and the presence of air conditioning provides maximum comfort.
The exact route is Via Fiesole, Santa Marinella, Rome, ITALY.
The villa is arranged over 4 levels: -1: Tavern with fireplace, living room and kitchen, sofa doublebed, 0: ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and living room, 1: 1st floor with 4 rooms (air conditioned), 3 double and one single bedroom, a bathroom with bath, 2nd: terrace with sea views.
outside: Garden (where there are also children's games and where you can fit baby pool).
ATTENTION: At arrival we ask touristic taxes (3,5euros per night per person) and 100 euros for cleanings and a security deposit of 200euros that will refound at the end of the stay.
For arrival in late checkin over 20.00pm there wil be an extra of 30 euros and over 24.00 the extra will be 50euros.
