Ideally situated for public transport, less than 2 minutes walk away is the tram No.8 route into central historical Rome. Trastevere station with it's links to the metro system is just a short walk away (approx 3 minutes).
55sq.mts, beautiful apartment set on the second floor without elevator (40 steps), it consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with table and 6 chairs, double sofa bed, tv and window overlooking Via Giano Parrasio;
BEDROOM
with double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, fan, door window leading to balcony
overlooking Via Giano Parrasio;
KITCHEN
comfortable, fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, sink, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, window on Via Giano Parrasio;
BATHROOM
with bath tub/shower fix, bidet and window.

Independent heating, tv, no phone, no elevator, fan, balcony. Monthly possible. Discounts for 2 weeks or more.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment is located in ROME, in Via Giano Parrasio 14, close to the heart of Trastevere. Within walking distance (about 3 minutes) you can find both the tram line No. 8 that in few stops takes you into the heart of the historic center, and the Trastevere Train Station with a lot of metropolitan connections and the train that takes you to Fiumicino Airport.


On the second floor (without lift) in a small building , the apartment is 55 square meters and can give hospitality for up to four people.

It's made up of a double bedroom with a big wardrobe, a living room with a large sofa bed and a dining table, a kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom with a shower and a small balcony.

My friend and I had a really enjoyable stay! The apartment was spacious and very clean. It looked just as it was portrayed on the website. We were there in August, so it was quite hot! There was a fan, so that helped a little bit, but A/C would have been nice. Otherwise, what a great location! It was a short walk to the tram which was great because it brings you into the central part of Trastevere. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Rome!

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, sauber und gut gehalten; definitiv empfehlenswert. Ohne kleinere Mängel (kein Bügeleisen, keine Topfdeckel, defektes Fenster) durchaus ausgezeichnet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall sehr gut !
