Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The cozy apartment is in the fine, green district of Berlin
Steglitz. Very quiet and peaceful vacation spot from day or night celebrations on the city center where exactly in 10 minutes you are delivered by the subway. From the Südende subway you will reach to the Center of Berlin which has been again built up by Potsdamerplatz!!! The Südende metro station is in 350 meters from the house!!!
On the other hand by means of the bus, in 7-10 minutes you get on Schloßstraße which is one of the most important streets of Berlin where you can make various purchases and have a rest. Near the house a large number of shops, restaurants, cafe, snackbars, shops which work till 23-24 o'clock.
In the apartment there are 3 double beds. 6 persons in total can be located. The solar Balcony, the built-in kitchen with all accessories, the small plasma TV with the built-in DVD, convenient sofas and very cozy and pleasant Atmosphere, plus direct proximity of the Center of the German Capital will make your rest very comfortable and pleasant!!!
