In the living room there is also a fireplace. On the west side there is a modern, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and two sets of patio doors opening onto the pool area.
A modern, open-plan staircase which looks to the living room leads upstairs to the bedrooms.
Next to the living room is a separate, brightly decorated dining room with modern dining furniture and patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool area.
On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a wall-mounted television and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. There are two more bedrooms with twin beds, one with a shower bathroom also en suite in the same level and one with a bathtub on the ground floor.
The villa is fully air-conditioned in all the rooms and includes many facilities such as a home cinema system, a satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi.
Apart from the sofas in the living room there is also a sofa which can be used as a bed. We can provide extra-beds and baby-cots.

Large sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols surround the 6 x 4.5m swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. There is a poolside shower. There is a barbecue for the guests to prepare delicious meals that they can enjoy at the patio dining table and chairs whilst watching over the mountains, the old village of Skouloufia and the sea. The area is pleasantly landscaped with grassed lawn areas and citrus trees. There is a private, off-street parking space to the rear of the villa.
