Spectacular one bedroom condo on millionaire's row, with huge balcony overlooking the ocean on a 4th floor.  The condo has a magnificent view of the Beach and the sunrise, 1350 sq ft, beautifully furnished, minutes from South Beach.
Some of our amenities are: Bluetooth speakers, 2 LCD tvs with smart TV, ipod dock, Wifi, and all you need to feel at home!
The unit had been renovated; it has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops (dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils), a big dining and living room for 6 people, and 1 queen size bed and 2 twins in the bedroom.  It has a full bathroom and a half bathroom.  Towels, linens, and toiletries are provided.
It is a 24-hour guarded building.
Parking is free for 1 car.
We have several units in the building and on buildings nearby.
 
Minimum Stay: 7 nights (except for days in between reservations)
Check out cleaning fee is mandatory and costs 120 USD.
Any cleaning service in the middle of your stay will be charged at 120 USD.
