If you want to stay in the center but outside the city noise and still be close to all facilities and famous cultural and historical features, this is the right place for you. Everything you need is just around the corner: bakeries, grocery stores, trandy cafés, clubs, bars, shops, loudry service, Shopping Mall....and only five minutes away from the main Ban Jela?i? Square.
There is a restaurant nearby where you can enjoy in dishes prepared with fresh fish and vegetables from the nearby opened market at very affordable prices. Also, in the vicinity there are many fast food restaurants, restaurants with italian food, local specialties.
Shopping Mall Importanne Gallery with parking and variety of amenities is only a few minutes away. If you continue further by Vlaška street, it will take you to Kaptol, the historical part of the city with Cathedrall on your right and well-known main open market Dolac on your left side. You will need only 10 minutes of walking to get there from your apartment.
The apartmnt is situated in a residential building in one way street lined with trees. The window of the room overlooks the park with the statue of fra Grga Marti?, the famous Croatian poet.
The apartment is 35 sqm, consists of a nice, big lounge room/bedroom with two single beds and pullout sofa wide 120 cm that can fit 1 or 2 persons, kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for two, but can accomodate up to 3 or 4 persons.
We supply free unlimited wireless internet connection, TV with cable programmes, hairdryer and iron. The kitchen is equipped with coffe e machine, caffetiera, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
Easily accesibble: 3 tram stops away from the Main Railway Station and Airport Bus Stop, and also 3 tram stops from the Bus Station or 15 minutes by walk.
As we are at the same location, we will be glad to assist you in anything you might need.

We spent a wonderful four days in Zagreb and staying in this
apartment contributed greatly to that.The apartment is centrally located(5 minutes walk to main square and all points of
interest in the centre);it is very clean,stylishly decorated,quiet,
comfortable and warm.The hosts are kind and helpful.The
description and pictures of the apartment leave no room for
suprises - what you see is what you get! We would stay here
again and without reservation recommend it in a heart beat to
anybody.
