The apartment is located in the centre of Warsaw on one of the city’s most distinguished streets, one hundred meters away from tram and bus routes (at Plac Unii Lubelskiej and Plac na Rozdro?u) taking you to the Central Train Station and Old Town in 10-12 minutes.

Situated in the heart of the Warsaw’s government district, neighbouring the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the apartment is a short walk away from Warsaw’s hippest restaurants and bars, elegant boutiques (on Koszykowa and Mokotowska streets), the Botanical Garden and Lazienki Park, a beautiful 76-hectar park famous for its outdoor Chopin concerts in the summer. 200 metres away is Marszalkowska Street, Warsaw’s teeming thoroughfare, and Plac Unii Shopping Centre, which contains dozens of international retail brands, dry cleaning services, pharmacies as well as cafes and a supermarket.

The spacious 147 square-meter apartment has five antique-furnished rooms, including three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) sleeping a total of 6 people. There is also a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and toilet. The apartment has a fast wi-fi connection. Included in the price is a secure parking spot within the apartment building compound.

- check in is always after 16:00, and check out before 11:00
- we accept check-ins until 22:00, if arrival is after 22:00, previous contact is required
- check-in after 22:00 comes with additional fee of 30€ or 120PLN
Smoking and parties are forbidden.
Quiet hours from 10 pm until 6 am.
Security deposit paid upon the arrival.
