Open on the living room, with bar and stools, fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, ventilation system, cupboards and utensils, window;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- WIth 2 single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, chair, AC, window, ensuite bathroom;
#2- With Queen size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, AC, ensuite bathroom, window;
2 BATHROOMS
#1- WIth shower, sink, bidet, hair dryer, wc;

My husband and I had a great time at the apartment. It was located just outside the centre of Rome so we were away from traffic and the large amount of tourists. The apartment was clean, well air conditioned and had local shops, resturants and markets at our disposal. The locals were nice and helpful.
The owner is a very friendly, helpful and kind person. Very easy to approach with any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Rome.

Hallo,
unser Aufenthalt war trotz 2 kleiner Kinder ein voller Erfolg. Die Wohnung in Rom war geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Bädern. Direkt vor dem Haus ist täglich Markt. Die Vermieterin war sehr kooperativ und sehr hilfreich. Sehr viele kleine gute und preiswerte Restauraunts und alle Art von Geschäften in direkter Nähe. Die Villa Borghese ist in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch in die Innenstadt kann man in 30 Min. zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus. Die Haltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war ein stimmungsvolles Wohnen in Rom.

It's really a very good apartment - very cosy & clean. The location of the flat (away from a very noisy & fussy center) was a big plus for us & made our staying there much more pleasant! Besides it took us about 20 minutes walk to get to the Rome's center! The "Termini station" is about 15 minutes walk as well. Right in front of the doorway there is a wonderful market with fresh fruits & vegetables! Right round the corner there is a restaurant "Bread & Fish" that is really worth visiting for its' splendid fish dishes & good wine!! The flat-owner is a very nice & pleasant woman! She was very attentive to us & very helpful! :))

We loved this apartment it was clean and roomy, the two bathrooms were a bonus as we stayed with our teenage kids. The owner welcomed us at the apartment and was helpful with any information we required, This apartment is not in the centre, so a little walking is required, bus and train stops are near by, you just need to buy an all day metro ticket and get on and off at all the attractions very easy and saves a lot of leg work. There is a fresh food market just out side your door. The restaurants nearby are frequented by locals so you know the food will be good. Over all we would definately stay here again!

It was a pleisure to stay in this apartment. It is nice and quiet, it is perfect for 2 families or a family with 2 kids.
Close to apartment it is a market where we could buy fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent cheese and salami.
It is near to the bus station and we could take the bus to Piazza Venezia, to Vatican or Termini station, but it was a pleisure to walk to Borghese Garden, or to Piazza del Popolo.
For us it was a very nice experience to stay in the apartment and to visit this magic city - Rome.
Close to apartment it is a market where we could buy fresh fruits and vegetables, excellent cheese and salami.
It is near to the bus station and we could take the bus to Piazza Venezia, to Vatican or Termini station, but it was a pleisure to walk to Borghese Garden, or to Piazza del Popolo.
For us it was a very nice experience to stay in the apartment and to visit this magic city - Rome.

Un bel appartement très propre, confortable et très soigné dans un quartier calme. Il se trouve à proxitmié des remparts, et d'une seule station de la gare Termini en métro. Il sufit de quelques minutes en bus pour visiter Rome de long en large...
Nous y avons été très bien accueillit et nous y avons très bien dormi!
Nous en garderons donc un très bon souvenir... Avis aux amateurs...
