Rome is by definition the greenest Capital in Europe and Monteverde (the Green Mountain) is the greenest and most beautiful residential area in all Rome. This penthouse is situated right next to the largest park in the Eternal City: Villa Pamphilj and is provided with two amazing terraces from which you'll be able to appreciate the beauty of its verdant landscape. The Center of Rome is so close that is reachable through an unforgettable walk down Gianicolo Hill (30 minutes) or by buses 870 and 44 in 15 minutes.
This fully equipped penthouse features any comfort you might possibly need: Air conditioning, 3 smart TV's, wi-fi connection and the aforementioned 40 sqm terraces. The neighborhood is fully provided as well: farmacies, excellent restaurants (really excellent!... local and not touristy at all!), groceries store, and above all... Villa Pamphilj, a boundless park where you will be able to hike, rent a bike, play any kind of sport or lounge in one of the many meadows or cafeterias.
