With gas stove, small fridge, washing machine, window;

With double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, A/C window, on common terrace;

Nice apartment on the last floor with elevator, 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom , wide terrace above with beautiful view of the houses of ancient Rome and a veranda. The house is located in "Rione Monti", a quit and lively neighborhood from where you "Il be able to reach by feet Coliseum, Piazza di Spagna and the city center.
The apartament is located 200 meters from METRO STATION CAVOUR.

Good location. However we were very disappointed with this accommodation Decoration and furnishings were worn. Poorly equipped kitchen..a microwave would have been useful. No heating..it was very unseasonable weather and a heater or two would have been good. Toilet faulty. Outside terrace dreadful...chairs and table filthy..plaster peeling off walls ...floor dirty. This appartment could do with a facelift

On peut visiter la ville à pied ou en metro.
Super terrasse sur le toit et petit balcon agréable

Immeuble vieillot mais appartement propre

L'équipement vaisselle et ménager est très léger: 2 fourchettes, 2 verres, pas de four ni de micro-onde
Pas de table ni de chaises sur la terrasse, il faut monter ceux du balcon...
Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle malgré le tuyau de douche endommagé.
On peut visiter la ville à pied ou en metro.

Nous étions ravis, l'appartement était propre, très bien placé et la terrasse vraiment agréable.
En revanche, je tenais à vous préciser que :
- la machine à laver ne fonctionne pas, elle s'allume, se remplit d'eau mais ne tourne pas.
- la climatisation du salon coule, des gouttes tombent sur l'armoire
- l'équipement vaisselle est léger, pas assez de couverts. Par exemple, nous étions 4 et il n'y a que trois couteaux.

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Rome. It was in a great location and the apartment was a perfect size. The balcony out of the living room was wonderful for eating breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. The rooftop terrace is nice but could use some furniture so that you could enjoy the wonderful view of the city.
I will definately consider renting the apartment again on my next trip to Rome.

I thought the apartment was poor, at best.
No comfortable chair, poor lighting and dirty couch cover.

Problème de chasse d'eau et prises de courant instables.
Ascenseur ancien. pas de nom sur la sonnette pour se repérer en arrivant.
Bon emplacement. Espace et terrasse agréables. Ameublement simple mais de bon goût.

We stayed in Raffaelo. Great apartment, spacious, easily accommodates 4 people, wonderful roof terrace, only minor little problems with sticky key, small frig etc. Great area, helpful landlady. I loved it there.

We stayed at the apartment "Raffaello" in Via Urbana, and all three of us (age fifty plus) were perfectly happy with the place. Bedroom is good, living room is good (the couch converts into a comfortable double bed), kitchen and bathroom are sufficient. There´s a lovely little balcony (with interesting insights into the neighbours´ places across the narrow street), and what literally crowns the apartment is the roof terrace. Great for having a sundowner, or two. (A few potted plants up there would make the terrace even nicer.) Two more things: Via Urbana is just about the perfect neighbourhood for staying in and exploring Rome:
- close to all the classical tourist sights
- with numerous little restaurants, cafés, boutiques around
- yet still a real-life-area, where actual Romans live and work.
Secondly: All the organizational details - internetreservation, handing-over of keys etc - went smoothly and efficiently, Sgna. Francesca Romana from the owners´ side was quickly available when needed.
Lastly: Good price! No doubt about it.
