The Coliseum and Termini Station are within 15 minutes walk, while the other attractions are reachable by foot and public transport within minutes.

● There are 2 bedrooms with matrimonial bed and a living room with a sofa bed which can be converted as the third bedroom. Fresh linens washed by professional laundry and disposable slippers are also provided during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready even for serious cooking. The bathroom is immaculately clean, properly sanitized and is supplied by fresh crisp towels, Lux soap, shampoo and toilet rolls. The apartment has unlimited hot water supply which is a rarity in apartments in Rome!

● Airconditioning and Heating are new and well maintained by the owner who is a repairman and is in the construction business in Rome. WiFi internet is very fast and there are 4 Flatscreen TV's and a DVD player in the house. A sound good night sleep is guaranteed here because the flat is located in an inner courtyard and double glazed windows are installed in the house.

● For a more intimate holiday experience of our visitors, we highly recommend to try a once in a lifetime opportunity to cook and dine in a Roman home with our friend Tiziano. He offers a very affordable FOOD HOSTING (home cooking lessons and dining in his home). The price is almost the same as dining out in a fancy Italian restaurant.

Please note that the flat is located in the second floor (with elevator). There is an 11 step staircase from the elevator going to the flat.

Upon your arrival, we will personally hand over the keys and explain the important facts about the apartment and the city.

If you have some problems during your stay just give us a call and in 5-15 minutes we will be in the apartment. We live just 50 meters from the apartment, but if we are not in the area there is always somebody that will attend to your needs.

*If you are going for day tours to nearby cities like Florence, Pisa, Siena, Pompeii, Naples, Capri and Sorrento. It is very convenient to find the express and regional trains just in the neighborhood.

Getting around

■ HOW TO REACH THE FLAT

-From Fiumicino airport, take the train to Termini Central Station ( tickets €14.00/person)

-From Termini station take the bus line 105 or Tram number 14 or 05 for just 2 stops (Piazza Vittorio station) then you can walk to the apartment.

-The subway station Line A is also just 50m from your holiday home in Rome.

■ Please note that upon your arrival we will collect in cash €3.50 /person per night for the Rome City Tax (This is a Local Ordinance by the Municipality of Rome for legitimate accommodations to collect Tourist Tax) And yes, we are a legitimate accommodation.

■ Please note also that a Cleaning Fee of €29 is asked upon your arrival and is not included in the quote posted on the site.
