Stunning luxury apartment up to 6 people in very center of Rome just outside the central station Termini. 20 minutes walking from/to the Coliseum, 5 minutes walking from/to train, subway and buses. This is a fully furnished, newly renovated and very sunny apartment of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , 1 kitchen and 1 livingroom convertible in another bedroom. You'll find all kind of comfort. Central heat, microwave, boiler, TV, fridge, hairdrier, wireless internet, washingmachine, towels and linens for all the guests.

The all neighborhood is full of amenities such as a small fresh market, supermarket, restaurants, cafès and pharmacys. NIght entertainment 10 min walk away too.

To get to the apt from the airport I always suggest a taxi for parties of 3 people or more since the cab has a €48 flat fare from Fiumicino and €30 from Ciampino. If you're willing to take public trasportantion, you have two options: the train (€14 per person) or the shuttle (€7 per person). With both you'll get to Termini Station which is very close to the apartment; then you can reach the apartment walking, but if you have heavy luggages, I'd suggest you to take the tram n. 5 or 14 for just 3 stops.

For those who like to travel comfortably, I'm also able to book PRIVATE trasportation from/to the airport and to the closest sites of interest (Ostia Antica, Pompei, Florence, Naples, Civitavecchia).

Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of €200 will be request and a cleaning fee of €25. During check in, a map of the city and advice of main interesting places will be provided.
