Strategically positioned in the middle of old Palermo centre (recently included in UNESCO World Heritage list), the apartment is right in front of beautiful Piazza Bellini (overlooked by the arabic domes of Martorana and S. Cataldo churchs), just few steps away from the Cathedral and Teatro Massimo among the others, aside one of the historical markets of the city, Ballaró.

The duplex apartment is set on the second floor of an XIX century building, Palazzo Gregorio, which has been destroyed during WW2 and entirely rebuilt in 2003 and its conveniently served by an elevator.

It has been a precise choise of the owners  to merge this historical context with  contemporary layout and fornitures: the apartment features a large  and comfortable livingroom including a dining table and chairs, a design kitchen, a bathroom, the first bedroom (double bed)
On the mezzanine, a small lounge (with a french-size sofa capable to accomodate further two person) , the main double-bed bedroom with dedicated bathroom and a small walk-in closet.
Upon request cot and high chair are available for the youngest guests.
