It is a comfortable villa with a swimming pool, located in the countryside of the small town of Salento, Melissano. It is situated in the green countryside among the olive groves of the area, in total tranquility and relaxation, and about a 10 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and less than 8 km from the marina of Torre Suda. It is equipped with two bedrooms and three bathrooms that can accommodate up to eight people. The exterior of the villa has a comfortable sunbathing area with a swimming pool and a veranda with garden furniture and a grill for plenty of barbecues. When entering the foyer it will lead you to the main living area, consisting of a bright dining room, living room with a TV and a well equipped kitchen. The hallway will lead you to the rooms where you will find two double bedrooms complete with bathroom/showers. There are also 2 comfortable double sofa beds and a third bathroom with a whirlpool. Villa Nereide can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Terms of rental Deposit required 40%, deposit for damages EURO 1000 (which will be returned at the end of the vacation stay), consumptions included in the price (including heating and air conditioners), bed and bath linen to use or rent at a cost of EURO 25 per person for a complete set (EURO 15 bed only, EURO 15 bath only).
