Enjoy the beautiful mountain views of this charming 3-bedroom vacation home on two levels. The plan interior includes a family room, and a laundry room on the 1st level. The 2nd division level includes a bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living / dining room with a wood stove independent (firewood provided). The 4th level comprises a bedroom with double bed 1-king, a room with a double bed and one half-bath. Outside, you`ll enjoy a private outdoor HOT TUB and a gas grill! The property vacation will accommodate up to 8 guests (imposed maximum occupancy!) IMPORTANT :. It should be noted that while the property is not pet-friendly for guests, the owners have pets. People who are susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and proceed accordingly.This cabin now has Wi-Fi !! NOTE: Wi-Fi service is now available for our area, and provided free for guests. That said, the service is currently subject to bankruptcy, as the service provider is in the process of composition throughout. Intermittent outages are a fact that is beyond our control, and no refund beds are available if the service is FREE Wi-Fi is unable to function properly. Of procuring a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a booking deposit of 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation home, and that for regular reservations, the balance is due in full 14 days prior to our date of arrival of the guest, and automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two to date, and that for bookings of holidays from 15 December until 4 January, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to the credit card / debit our Guest on 1 December. For legal and accounting, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same holder of the credit card / debit card, and that this person is considered to be the Guest. All other people involved with the opportunity to lease are considered invited customer, and all reservations, the cancellation, and policies regarding damages discussion will be discussed with the Guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. If the cancellation is received 21 days or more before arrival we will gladly refund your reservation payment, unless the Cities Reference service fee charged at the time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (the whichever is greater). 20 through 15 days will forfeit 50% of the booking fee, plus tax Cities Service Reference charged at time of booking, unless the house (s) can be re-rented, then only the Cities Reference service fee charged time of booking, and our cancellation fee of $ 65 or 8% (whichever is greater) applies. If canceled 14 days or less will forfeit full payment unless the home (s) can be re-rented.After booking, please contact us to make a request for agreement on-line and send it to us. We must receive this form agreement to complete your reservation.Guests check-in at our office in Maple Falls to pick up the keys, and we are available 7 days a week, or if guests need concerns.No more than two animals Domestic house (if pets). Mt. Baker Hwy Apartment #05MBH - Welcome to Funky Town!

Now with A/C, this cute loft bedroom A-frame apartment in Maple Falls is conveniently located to in-town amenities and offered at a BUDGET price!  The main floor features a full kitchen and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, an apartment-sized range/oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and toaster, plus a dining area, one full bath, and a generous-sized living room area with a large flat screen monitor plus a DVD player and a laundry cubby with a full-sized washer/dryer.  Ascending the spiral staircase leads to the loft area with one queen-sized bed.  Don't forget Fido.  This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round! 

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $65.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  WIFI service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.  Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
