Enchanted villa in the midst of nature with a stunning view over the sea.
The closest village is Porto Ercole at 6Km, but the easiest to reach is Porto Santo Stefano 8Km.
The villa is surrounded by greenery. The garden (not fenced) is 6,000 sqmts with a beautiful sea view (you can see the two island of Giglio and Giannutri). It has secular olive trees, oaks, almond and fig trees. On the other side of the property you see the Mount Argentario.
There paved terraces with pergolas for outdoor dining, as well as a gazebo with view of the sea, outdoor showers and shaded parking.
The villa is fresh and quiet, is built on a single level, measuring 240 square meters. There are
5 bedrooms (max 14 people), a lounge, a living room with two beds, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms, a vestière.
Access to the sea is relatively simple compared to the rest of Argentario sea access. You have plenty of choices, 'Le scorpacciate' rocks and rocky beach; 'Mar Morto' which is like a natural swimming pool, 'Le cannelle' wich has umbrellas, there is bar restaurant. You will be given a key that will give you access by car very close to the first two sea side access.
The prices do not include the winter heating costs.

We had rented the smaller appartment of the house which is situated in a beautiful and priviledged area and the owner is a very kind person. We own a summer house and rent it through Airbnb and think that a few things should be improved in order for the Argentario house to offer a standard: more space for hanging towels (beach and bath), better care of the garden as we had "visitors" like a snake and wild boars very close to the house and lots of mosquitos due to an eroded old tree nearby as well so that we could actually not benefit from the big garden, shower curtain missing which causes "floods" in the bath room, toilet flush not working well. We knew it before but Wifi and a dish washer really would be a great plus! Other than that the smaller appartment of the two is spacious enough to feel at ease (two adults and two children). We had an access key for the private parking of two beaches which was great as the coast is very steep. Thank you
